About Lomilomi:

Lomilomi, the "loving hands" massage rooted in Hawaiian tradition, is a unique blend of ancient techniques with rhythmic, wave like strokes to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit, fostering deep relaxation and revitalization. It is carried out with the principles of “Aloha” – meaning universal love, the breath of God and presence. I feel it as the energy of the Divine Mother.

 

Your Personalized Session:

My focus is on providing a personalized and professional Lomilomi experience tailored to your needs. Your comfort and well-being are my top priorities throughout the session.

Lomilomi can go quite deep. If you wish to participate in a co-creative healing experience with me, I suggest you book for a longer 90 minute + session and work with your breath. The Ha Breath – the Breath of God, throughout this bodywork session will take you to another dimension. Combining breathwork with massage, will clear out any stagnant energy and heaviness and fill your cells with love and light.

The ”Ha” breath is a deep inhale with the feeling and visualisation of a powerful current of energy flowing in from the Divine, in to your crown, travelling down to your heart space & with your exhale – that energy/love/light is spreading through every cell of your body whilst the sound “haaa” out of the mouth is releasing all that no longer serves down to Mother Earth for her to transform and transmute it.

Sensuality:

It's crucial to note that the essence of this practice is purely therapeutic and non-sexual. I want to assure you that as Lomilomi massage involves a deeper level of undress than usual massage to facilitate unrestricted movements and a more profound connection with your body - you will remain covered and feeling safe at all times.

While it's possible to experience shifts in energy, including sensual feelings as life force re-awakens, it 

isn’t wrong or bad, but I emphasize that I do not actively encourage or work with this and any inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited. If this occurs, I encourage you to notice it, breathe with long exhales and relax so it can move through you and in to your cells for healing. Any form of inappropriate behavior is not tolerated
