What is Yin?

Awaken and align your mind and body with a personalised yoga class looking at muscular imbalances, mis-alignments, tension and breathing patterns.


Online or in person.

Specialising in Yin Yoga - a slow paced practice where we drop inside and hold floor poses for 3 - 5 minutes to release deep layers of the body & fascia, activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Releasing long held tension and trapped emotions in a trauma informed way.

Yin Yoga was the most incredible emotional release, although I am sure that is also a lot to do with how safe Ellise made me. I then had a massage where Ellise worked absolute magic on my neck and back. What an amazing human. I will definitely be back for more yin yoga and massage.
