My desire to help began when I was a 7 year old, eco warrior who wanted to change the world. When I was 15 years old, I experienced a devastating loss. The death left me struggling with depression and anxiety, and I did not have the tools or resources to know how to process my emotions. This experience led me on a journey of self-discovery, which ultimately led me to become a practitioner in the field of holistic wellness to help others find balance and remember their divine nature.

Through my own struggles, I gained a deep understanding of the importance of spiritual, emotional and mental well-being, and how it is intrinsically connected to physical health. It is this understanding that drives me to help others on their journey to healing and wellness. I am inspired by providing my clients with the tools they need to cultivate a strong mind-body connection, reduce stress and anxiety, and increase their overall well-being.

Through my studies and personal experiences, I have learned how intrinsic the nervous system is to our overall health and well-being. Breathwork, touch & somatic (mind-body connection based practices) in particular, are some of the fastest & most effective ways to effect the nervous system, and I use these practice myself daily and share them to help my clients regulate their nervous system, and so, their whole being.
