Hawaiian massage is a flowing healing massage and shamanic body work derived from the ancient master healers of Hawaii.
I will use hands and forearms in long fluid strokes up and down the whole body, like the waves of an ocean. The energising and soothing effects of these movements are combined with a deep releasing breath, intention setting, prayer and is an invocation for positive change on all levels of your being.

Hawaiian Massage has the ability to go to the core of one’s being. Seamlessly and effortlessly, wave after wave of healing grace purifies and washes away deeply held negativity and blockages. It is based on Huna Wisdom which in its purest form is an ancient knowledge enabling a person to connect to Source and the highest wisdom within.

A pregnancy massage is a specially adapted massage for mums, so you and baby can feel the most comfortable.

I will listen to your particular concerns regarding any tension or pain, then working with massage, lighting, sound and lots of comfy pillows, help to alleviate any discomforts and promote deep relaxation.
The back massage can be seated, led over a couch with lots of pillows for ultimate relaxation, and led on the couch in an a semi reclined position for the rest of your body.
I am able to do pregnancy massage after your first trimester.

This is a luxurious, relaxing and smooth massage that uses soothing oils and warm basalt stones to melt away your muscle tension.
The heat relaxes your body in a shorter space of time, creating more ease and allowing more blood to flow into the tight places.
This will help with relieving tension, muscle spasms and pain, improving skin appearance, reducing stress & anxiety and helping to increase joint flexibility.

Hot stones can also be combined with deep tissue to specifically target chronic tension and pains.
